By using services from Wear and Tear Total Care, LLC, you agree to the following:Wear and Tear Total Care, LLC provides mobile automotive repair services, and a $25 mobile service fee will be added to all service visits. And any parts over $80 will need to be prepaid before pickup or installationCustomers authorize all approved diagnostic and repair work. Any additional repairs will require customer approval before proceeding.Vehicles may have pre-existing issues, including worn, rusted, modified, or damaged components. Wear and Tear Total Care, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects that may affect repair outcomes.If customers supply their own parts, no warranty is provided, and the customer assumes full responsibility for part quality and compatibility. Additional labor charges or fees may apply if incorrect parts are provided.All automotive repairs involve inherent risks. Wear and Tear Total Care, LLC is not liable for incidental damage that may occur during normal repair procedures.The company reserves the right to refuse or stop service due to unsafe conditions, improper parts, or unsuitable work environments. A $50 inspection fee may apply if service is declined after arrival.Customers who decline recommended repairs accept full responsibility for any resulting issues.By using our services, customers agree to pay all charges for services rendered, including applicable fees.Warranty coverage applies only to parts supplied by Wear and Tear Total Care, LLC and related labor, and does not cover misuse, neglect, or customer-supplied parts.To the fullest extent permitted by law, customers agree to release Wear and Tear Total Care, LLC from liability, except in cases of gross negligence.Additional / Extended Work AuthorizationAny additional repairs or services recommended by the technician or requested by the customer must be approved before work is performed. By approving additional work, the customer agrees to all associated labor, parts, service fees, and applicable terms and conditions.Customer AgreementBy booking, requesting, approving, or using services from Wear and Tear Total Care, LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
